Since this is performed by launchd with Xcode 2.2, you shouldn't have
to have anyone logged in. You would just need to enable sharing of
the machine for building.
Note that I have not verified this, but am assuming based on my
knowledge as an ACSA.
I'd like to enable distributed builds on several machine here even
when
no user is logged on. I've seen some previous posts about setting up
crontabs and the like, but I read in the 2.2 release notes that
distccd
is now done via the new launchd.
So what is the current recommended way of enabling distributed
builds on
headless machines, or even just machines where you don't want to have
anyone logged in?
Thanks!
