Hi all,
I'm getting this error message from the linker:
/usr/bin/ld: <my dylib> is input for the dynamic link editor, is not a
relocatable by the static link editor again
I was not able to find much on the web about what to do to fix this up.
A couple things...
I build the library so I can make changes to how it's built. It's built
as a .dylib file; honestly, I do NOT know if it really is a dynamic
library or not... other than the extension, there does not appear to be a
way to specify the library type.
I'm using gmake.
I've looked on the web for help, but that didn't help much...
Does anyone know what to do to resolve this error?
