Looks like we had a build error that resulted in this. We're looking
into updating the doc package for anyone who downloads it after this
(though we probably won't put up a package with a new version ID,
since we don't want to cause everyone to download the whole thing
again).

did it. Now, the only Release Notes I seem to be able to read
locally are for Xcode 2.2. The Xcode 2.3 Release Notes are nowhere
to be seen on my HD. Anyone?
