But you still have to do prologue grubbing to figure out what's
going on for functions that don't have debug information.
Of course, I didn't think of that.
The routine that does prolog parsing for Mac OS X is
ppc_parse_instructions in macosx/ppc-macosx-frameinfo.c.
I'll have a look at it once the source is posted. My bug report is
rdar://4565778
