So that shouldn't be a problem then. Virtually all email; clients that send
HTML are actually multipart/alternative, with a plaintext part. It sounds as
if this option means that you will see plain text only for such messages.

I don't believe this is related (only) to RSS. I do not get the RSS feed
(unlike Jeffrey): I get mailing list messages and read them in Entourage,
which is supposed to be able to read format=flowed OK. But it displayed
Bill's message with broken lines and added space.
