I am very new to this and am hoping whether anyone can help me with
some code.
I need to make a max/msp external which will search for sound files
on a hard drive. I also need it to be able to randomly pick and
load a sound file to a buffer.
Can anybody help me with this?
I don't know the answer to this (I don't even know what a "max/msp
external" is), but you'll probably have better luck asking on a more
appropriate list. This list isn't for these kinds of coding or
technology questions. It's for questions relating to the use of Xcode
and other Apple development tools. Look over the available lists and
see which best matches what you're doing:
