Copy files build phase for folders?

Hi

I'm trying to include a "Plugins" folder inside the "contents" folder of my app bundle but am not having much luck. I tried adding the folder to the project so I could use a copy files build phase but XCode doesn't allow adding folders. So is there a way to do this other than manually creating the folder in the built app?
