To Uninstall XCode 2.0


 iMac (Mac OSX 10 4 8)

Hello every one !   this is my first message!

I would like to install  XCode 2.4.1    from     "  xcode_2.4.1_8m1910_6936315.dmg "
But  first I suppose , I have  to uninstall  "XCode 2.0" that is XCode App  +  x  known or unknow files !

I read a few  texts but  at least :   " they aren't   clear " . 
I would prefer not to make a new mess in my Mac. 
Like others I cannot guess what to do, even once .
Do you  think , it would be not possible to make a  " trivial but exhaustive  list of  operations "  to be done ?? 
(  like a program,  after all ??? )

In the meantime ,would you be so kind to give me any advices about the uninstall procedure  of   XCode Tools  2.0  ? (App. + files)
