"different visibility" warning?

What does the following warning mean? I have a few hundred of them showing up in Xcode 3.0:

ld: warning hsFloatPoint::Set(float, float)has different visibility (2) in /depot/main/xcodebuilds/Debug/libAGL.a(hsMatrix.o) and (1) in / depot/main/creatortech/desktop/mac/C2Mac/../../../../xcodebuilds/ Creator.build/Debug/Creator Pro.build/Objects-normal/i386/ImpulseUtils.o
