It looks like Xcode is more namespace-aware now -- I had some that weren't showing up. I reentered them (in the debugger window), and it created them with a namespace prefix (which I never needed before).

In Xcode 3.0 the default debug format switched to DWARF. You will of course have to rebuild your app to get the debug records in the new format. DWARF records, and the debugger reads, namespace information, which the previous debug format, stabs, did not.

I think they were being picked up from ~/Library/Application Support/ Apple/Developer Tools/CustomDataViews/ ...
