"create files" functionality in Xcode 3

In Xcode 2, after putting together a GUI in Interface Builder,
including making a bunch of outlet and action connections, you had the
option to "create files". This would make some skeleton source and
header files in your Xcode project director, complete with
declarations for all the variables associated with the connections.

This functionality was described on the old version of the Cocoa
Application Tutorial on the Implementing Currency Converter ->
Generate the Source Files page, which I can still see from my Xcode
documentation.

In Xcode 3 with Leopard, I can't find this functionality anywhere.
Furthermore, it's been removed from the Cocoa Application Tutorial on
the developer.apple.com site.

I guess it's not that powerful a feature, you can do the typing
yourself. But still, it was kind of nice. Is it really gone, or am I
just being stupid and not being able to find it in the new interface
of Xcode? If it's gone, could anyone opine as to _why_ it's gone?

Thanks,
zig
