Xcode 3 & Leopard

Greetings,

I'm having a devil of a time converting to Xcode 3 on Leopard. I have a sizable project which compiled and linked just fine on Tiger under Xcode 2 but fails with a single error with no elaboration when built under Xcode 3. I have tried the "Upgrade to native" item under the project menu but all this does is to create another target with the same problem.

Can anyone help me out?
