Im writing a C console app. that create a window (GLUT), is there a
macro to make the console invisible at run time?

Does it need to be a console App. Why not create an OS X app bundle to
embed your executable ?
It does not require you recompile you app, just create a proper bundle
(with a valid Info.plist, etc...).
