I am hoping that someone at Apple is on the ball and has "iphone-dev" and "cocoa-touch-dev" etc. mailing lists all ready to go live on Friday. But based on past experience, I'm not counting on it ... I wouldn't be surprised if they took months to show up. (Not through any fault of the individual admins, rather through foot-dragging by management and lawyers. The same reasons why there have never been any private lists set up for NDA'd software.)
