Try Control-/ and Control-?.

You can customize these in the "Key Bindings" prefs -- see "Code Sense Next/Previous Placeholder".

If one checks this option ( ie the subject of the question) in "Code Sense", then a partially typed function will autocomplete, and a tab will highlight and take one to the first argument., ..well, that's how it works in mine. But..I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to use the keyboard to jump to the next argument. Have to go to the mouse.
Any insights.
