Linux server XRaid direct connection

Hello,

i have installed esx server connected directly to an apple x-raid (without using Xsan)

you can see the remote disk: (sdb1 and sdc1)

[root@esx1 root]# fdisk -l

[root@esx1 root]#

The problem is that from service console i tried to perform an hdparm but
the performance are not so much high.

[root@esx1 root]# hdparm -t /dev/sdb1

/dev/sdb1:
Timing buffered disk reads: 64 MB in 1.76 seconds = 36.36 MB/sec
[root@esx1 root]#

any idea ?
