SDK 1.5.5 is missing files

After updating to Lepoard and installing the dev tools and the 1.5.5 SDK for Aperture I found that my plug-in would not compile because it was missing the file #imported here:

#import <PluginManager/PROAPIAccessing.h>

It turns out that two files and a folder were omitted from the SDK. The folder B/Headers and its contents PROAPIAccessing.h and PROPlugInBundleRegistration.h are missing. To fix I copied across these files from my Tiger back up and all was well. These files are not in the SDK I downloaded.
