Resampling

Hi,
With export presets is there a way to cause Aperture to only downsample? In other words, if my preset is a "Fit within pixels" and I set it to 2000x2000 pixels, Aperture will upsample the image to 2000x2000 if it is smaller than that and downsample if its bigger. Is there a way to make it only downsample and just leave it as is if its smaller?
