That looks like a Developer Transition Kit build number, so no end-
users will be running that build.  If you're attempting to build on a
DTK, you may run into problems with DarwinBuild due to a mis-match  
between the Libsystem in BuildRoot and the running kernel.   
Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about that at this time.

8F46 is the build number for Tiger 10.4.3.
