Still the same error: securityd-25991 does not contain an Xcode project.

I forgot to mention that you will need to force darwinbuild to re- load
the newer xcodebuild into the BuildRoot directory. You can do this by
removing the following file before building securityd:
# rm BuildRoot/usr/local/darwinbuild/receipts/xcodebuild
# darwinbuild securityd
