New Documentation and Templates

Is new help documentation on its way? The current "Providing User Assistance with Apple Help" book doesn't list newer features of Help Viewer (for that matter, it assumes that we are still focused on Mac OS 9which was true, when it was written). As well, new templates would be much appreciated, to reflect the new "blue banner" style of help books.

Right now, I need a version of the title page's banner, without any words on it (I could work around everything else for the time being); is there a location where this can be obtained?
