A copy of the blue banner is located within Mac Help (or AirPort Help) at this location:

/Library/Documentation/Help/AirPort.help/Contents/Resources/ English.lproj/gfx/16bnr.gif

This version is 16 pixels high, but does not include any text, so it can be resized as necessary for other uses.

As well, new templates would be much appreciated, to reflect the new "blue banner" style of help books.

Right now, I need a version of the title page's banner, without any words on it (I could work around everything else for the time being); is there a location where this can be obtained?
