There's a new draft of the document that's being circulated around Apple for feedback. It's looking great! Not sure when it will be ready to be published, but rest assured, we're working on it.

Re: the blue banner, if you want one without words, I'd imagine it wouldn't be that hard to edit out the words in the graphic editor of your choice. I'm not a graphics expert by any stretch, but I could see some judicious use of the eye dropper and smudger tools being sufficient. I don't think we have a blank banner for distribution; sorry.
