* Third, sometimes when I type a word into the Search bar and press
Enter, the topics containing that content are displayed; other times,
the Help viewer closes.
Help Viewer crashes if it doesn't find a match for the search. I see
this in any help book.
Does the problem sometimes occur and sometimes not with the same search
text?
