Carbon CFM app

I searched the archives for this, but couldn't find anything (maybe I searched for the wrong keywords). How do I format the CFBundleHelpBookFolder plist entry for the location of the help book if our app is not a bundled app? Our folder looks like this:

reator 6.5 Professional
MultiAd Creator Pro (app)
MultiAd Creator Add-Ons
Help Files
blah.index
Help Files idx
etc...

Also, to register the book when our app launches, do I simply give the the FSRef of the app or an FSRef of the Help Files folder?
