Interesting. I'm curious to know why you're trying to do that. What's the
benefit to the user/scripter of your app?

The app (Alpha) is heavily scriptable with Tcl. A great deal of Alpha's behavior is implemented through Tcl scripts. I've added the capacity to the Tcl language to send and receive AppleEvents (Alpha already had a limited form of this and Tcl has AppleScript support, but I've added much greater access to the AEM) and to define the 'aete' dynamically. Different users may load different scripts at different times which add or redefine commands in the terminology. It's not a conventional plugin architecture where everything loads at startup.
