If I remember correctly it is Roxio Toast Titanium QT component (VCD MPEG export) responsible for this.

Every time AppleScript Studio starts up my application, I get this
message in the console:

## Component Manager: attempting to find symbols in a component alias
of type (regR/carP/x!bt)

I know that I've seen this before, and I've probably seen an
explanation, but I can't remember it. Can anyone offer me a clue? (I'm
running ProjectBuilder 1.2 on OS X 10.2.6)
