Reordering data rows

I am looking for a way to allow for the reordering of data rows of a data
source. The data source is being viewed through a table view. Ideally, I
would like to provide the ability to drag the rows of the table view to the
desired location like you can with tracks within playlists in iTunes. I am
open to other options as well. Can someone give me some direction?
