Do shell script question

I I enter the command in terminal I'm getting feedback from what is already
done.
If I use the same command with do shell script I have to wait until it is
finished with that command and then I'm getting feedback what was done.

Is there some way I'm getting the same feedback as entered in the terminal
while executing the command.
