I have a module called DocGlue that works as a global data store - you can store
values in this module, and then get those values out in other scripts.

I suspect you could put your property storing object/properties in a docglue
object and access them from other scripts.

DocGlue comes with the code (applescript module + objective-C code),
documentation, and a sample.
