Hey folks:

I have seen lots of people asking for this type of functionality, especially over the last several months. I also would like to have better interaction with my shell scripts, particularly so I can 1) run a shell script without locking up my application and 2) to display results as they are generated in a text view. I spent hours trying to modify Apple's Cocoa NSTask wrapper example (http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/Sample_Code/Cocoa/Moriarity.htm) yesterday, but alas I am just not that good with Cocoa yet.

Does anyone have an AS-Studio project that integrates with some Cocoa code to give NSTask wrapper functionality? Even if its something that you had been working on but had to set aside due to time constraints, I'd be really appreciative. I'm at a point where I have to make some major design decisions based on whether I can get this to work...
