IB: An inconsistency in the document was found and repaired

I was wondering if somebody else got this error message when opening a nib file with Interface Builder and found a way out of this.

I see this message when adding columns to my table view, saving the nib, closing it and then reopening it. What IB actually does to "repair" the problem is to delete the columns I created. The scroll view of the table view is right on the main window, not in any tab, split or whatever view.

The columns don't have the same names nor the same identifiers and I wouldn't say that the names or identifiers contain any characters I shouldn't be using and setting the those two fields in the IB palette is all I do after creating the columns by raising the column number in the appropriate IB palette for the table view.

I found no fix for this problem but to set the column count of the table view to 0 and then recreating all the columns from scratch.
