I've never had a problem with simply copying the entire enclosing folder of
the project file (projectname.xcode) or the project container
(projectname.xcodeproj). If you have other items and/or projects in that
folder, maybe you could just delete them after copying, assuming they have
been meticulously identified, of course. There may be ways of constructing a
project that would make that unsuccessful, I guess.
