Problem with mouse events.

Hi All

I am using apple script for automating some events in my application.
But I am getting some problems.

If I run a script..........

tell application "System Events"
tell process "My Application"
click at{770,710}-- At this position there is a button
end tell

By running this script the event corresponding to that button does not start
but if I do it manually that is if I click manually on that button event
stars.
Can anybody help me in this regard.
