I have upgraded to Tiger on my home machine....all great but think that I may have upgraded too soon.

I did not install the new version of Xcode and have tried opening up my projects with the existing Xcode 1.5 and it crashes with all my projects.  I can create a new project without any problem.

Hoping to stay with Xcode 1.5 until  my other Mac can be upgraded with Tiger

Why? What's the point? You can't. You have to upgrade to Xcode Tools 2.0 now. Stick with things that also work in Xcode 1.5 (about 98% of things in AS Studio do). You can move the project around and re-open in 1.5 on your other Mac without serious problems. (Why can't you upgrade to Tiger there too, anyhow?)

...until then, is there someway of re-importing a new project or some other fix?

See above.
