It's now too big for a CD. :) What I used to do when I was still on dial-up
was take the portable computer over to a Kinko's, do the download on one of
their machines, and copy over to my machine. Alternatively, you could go to
a wireless hot spot with your wireless adapter. It's disappointing that
they've taken away the one-time mailing option, but I think downloading is
just too easy these days to make the handling worthwhile for Apple to do a
special shipping of the DVD. And don't forget that the docs are now updated
monthly, so you'd need a new set every month. For $199 you can subscribe to
the mailings, of course. m.
