Hi Adrian and Mark,

Below some feedback.

I you're stuck and don't want to spent any more time on this problem I would suggest you actually do start a new project. I believe you can just copy the MainMenu.nib file from one project to the other replacing the existing one and it will retain the AppleScript information for the UI elements.

Please let us know if you try this. If you simply Copy & Paste the elements, the AS connections are lost. I'd be interested to know if you can copy over a whole nib and maintain connections. It would be useful to me. I've been manually making changes to two (identical) localized nibs.

I did that several times before to go from a prototype to a final app and it works fine. The procedure is as following:

Create new project with same name as the "proto" or rename the "main script"

In Xcode Import/Copy all scripts from the "proto" to the new project (other sources, resources as well and don't forget frameworks)

Close the new project

In "Finder" copy/replace the "nibs" of the new project with those of the "proto"

Open the new project again

Work on the project as normal

This did work for me always - except with this project.

Again, thanks for taking the time trying to solve my problem. I'll let you know how I solved it.
