Studio permissions problems

Hi All,
I have a Studio app out there and all is well except when people try to use it (in the applications folder) from different user accounts. The user who downloads it has no problem but when another family member tries to access it from their account they get "network permissions" errors. I tell them to reset permissions for the app to everyone (as group) and Read-and-Write for all cases, then it works fine. Before launching the app I set the permissions myself to read and write and also the internal resources folders, but when it is copied/downloaded the permissions go back to read only! Any ideas how to make these apps more universally accessed or what I am missing? Thanks Rob D
