Thanks for the reply - and sorry I wasn't clear with my question.
Thanks Andreas

Hi all,
Maybe somebody can give me a hint where to search or help to solve the below problem.
I have a table view connected to a database (with about 100 columns). About 70 of this columns could be visually helpful for the user - but it depends. So I searched for a way to setup/build the table view on the fly, which works fine with text only cells, I even succeeded to make images work (though I don't need them), but never with a check button.
Any help is really appreciated.
That's nice, but you're not saying what the problem is. What is it that you
want to do? It sounds like you might be saying you want to add to an
existing table view a column consisting of checkboxes; is that right? If so,
what's the hard part for you? In other words, what is there about your
technique for adding an image column that "never succeeded" with a checkbox
column? Basically, you just create a table column with a data cell that is a
button cell whose type is checkbox (switch). m.
