Try this:

Make a new project with the  new name and import all the elements that you need.

Hi,

I've created a project, added a bunch of bits and pieces (artwork for buttons, icon, etc.) but I wan to change the name of the project and the resulting app. Anyone know how to do that?

I've tried the obvious thing of looking for stuff with the old name and renaming it, but that doesn't seem to be the right approach.
