Hi Matt,

Digging through the archives I found the following post.
Is there still no AppleScript way (even via call method) to set the text color (or background color) of an item in an outline (or a table)?
The way I suggested earlier could certainly involve call method. m

So there's still no other way? I was hoping that one of the newer versions of Xcode, since that post a couple of years ago, might have improved the situation. Oh well, I can dream.

Could you perhaps provide some sample code as to how this would be done, in AppleScript and call methods? Or would it require writing some custom Objective-C routines and calling those?
