Default name of ASStudio plist

Hi,
Previously, when I would create preference lists in my AS Studio projects, the .plist in /user/Library/Preferences would take on the name of the project, i.e., "Autotoner.plist."
This no longer occurs. Now, the name of the preference list is set to "ASApplication.plist"
How can I re-set this so that the plist takes the name of the project?
