Re: do shell script and the results

You can use Cocoa's NSTask, where you control the pipes for standard output and input, or you might want to break your commands into smaller try blocks where you can log each part of the "do shell script process as it runs, then store each result in an AppleScript variable, property or list and do what you want with them when you insert them back into the "do shell script" command.
