Interface Builder 3.0 Keyboard Navigation

Does anybody know how to set the first responder of a window in the (Leopard) Interface Builder 3.0 without having to code it in Applescript?

You used to go to the Menus in IB: Layout --> Keyboard Navigation --> Make Initial First Responder

IB 3.0 has completely changed this menu.
