I'm finally attempting to build my app as a universal binary. I opened
a new copy and in the Project info set the "Cross-Develop Using Target
SDK" to Mac OS X 10.4 (Universal). I also made a couple of changes in
the Nib file, in the MainMenu.nib, under the Nib tab I changed the Nib
File Format to 10.2 and Later format (was on Pre- 10.2 Format) and
changed the Oldest Target to Mac OS X Version 10.4.
Then I saved everything and did a "Clean All Targets" then tried to
build the project. It failed with the error: Command /usr/bin/gcc-4.0
failed with exit code 1
After this, I opened the last version of the project (the current
release version) and tried to build it, having changed nothing in the
project and it failed with the same error.
Can someone help me with what this error is indicating and perhaps how
to fix it?
Thanks,
RJay
