Thanks for the response, but the script file is still there. So if someone does a <control>-click on the bundle, the can follow the path.

Could it be, that in a AppleScript Studio application the asked setting is not possible?

That's in the xcode prefs. Go to the "Text Editing" section and there's a check box called "Save files as writable". Uncheck that.
