URL Access Module

I am fairly new to the AppleScripting world and am having a problem with a
module I downloaded. I downloaded a module called URL Access Scripting. It
works very well except I am unable to replace and existing file. It is
creating a new file everytime I upload. If I simply add "with replacing"
to the end of my upload line it gives me an error. The error is "URL
Access Scripting got an error:Some data was the wrong type." the only
think I can do is cancel. If I remove the "with replacing" it works fine.
