Before jumping through the whitelist hoops to get a message through to the
user of one of these sites, read the site's privacy policy.

For example, in the policy of SpamArrest
http://spamarrest.com/privacy.jsp
see the sentence beginning "Senders" in the "Active Collection" area.

It's for such reasons (plus not having time to mess with the whole
foolishness) that I don't enable my messages to reach people who use these
services.
