problem, but by changing the name of the variable, I was able to fix it.
yes, it was. probably man needs a little break, to see, what the problem is. :D

Finder. There might be other lines in your code that require the Finder, so I commented out rather than delete.

Graff: the problem is with that, that the file does not exist at this time. i need the container of the future file - which is derived from an alias list of the source files replaced certain folders to match the future directory system - to determine it's place. this will be the save file specification in photoshop. if the file would exists, yes it would work. or not?
