busy status

Hello All,

The following applescript works fine on MAC OS 9.x :
--- Start
return busy status of(info for alias "SYSTEME:Installer Log File")
--- END
If the file, "Installer Log File", is open this simple script returns true
otherwise it returns false.

Do you know why, when I run it on MAC OS X, it always returns false ?
